Photos, comments, what pictures you’ve liked, what hashtags or categories you’ve used are all considered user content. We will use this information that you post to our service.
Finding people on Posi There is a search bar order to locate your friends on Posi on the wander page. You can find them either by e-mail, username, or third party social media sites.
You can simply type a friends name or username in our search bar and we will locate this person for you pending they have an account.
Having said that, we are a company dedicated to revealing the good in the world. There should never be a dispute between you and our service. We are going to change the world, together.
Under no circumstances will you post anything negative when using our service. Not only will negative posts be removed, we will freeze your account, or delete it if the negativity persists. If you want to be negative, use a different service.
Negative posts include but are not limited to: unflattering pictures in a sarcastic manner of a Post violent, nude, discriminatory, unethical, infringing, hateful, or unlawful pictures or comments.
Furthermore. You must not bulky, abuse, harass, threaten, defame, stalk or intimidate other users.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your Posi account. You also agree that you will not sell, transfer, license, or assign your information (account, followers you inspire, username or account rights.) With the exception of businesses granted authority to do so on behalf of their employees or clients.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and secure.
You must not post any secure information on our site regarding you or other users. This includes but is not limited to you or other users’ credit card information, social insurance number or non-public data such as phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
You must not create an account through unauthorized means including but not limited to an automated device/service, spiders, crawlers, scripts, bots, or scrapers.
You may not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
You must not interfere or disrupt the service or severs associated with our network. Therefore you may not transfer viruses, malware, spyware, worms or any other code of disruptive nature.
You may only use domain names or web URLs in your username with Posi’s consent.
You are solely responsible for your conduct when using our device. This includes data, text, files, information, images, comments, profiles, and usernames.
Violation of these terms may result in termination of your Posi account. You understand and agree that Posi Platform Inc. cannot and will not be responsible for the content posted on the service and you will post content at your own risk.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
