Uncategorized It’s time to get fit! I’ve decided to stop complaining about my high cholesterol (genetic on both sides of my family) and lack of abs, and do something about it. I’ve started eating healthier than before, and exercising almost daily. I now lift and do yoga multiple times a week; I already feel stronger and I can’t wait to see results.
