We only get so many moments, only so many sunrises and sunsets. Whether taking a vacation, going out for a nice meal, or just taking a few minutes to relax and breathe, it’s important to acknowledge how lucky we are to be right here, right now, and to look back on all it took to get to that moment. When we do, we can see just how strong we are and just how significant each little moment can be.

Thinking back on the years I spent in highschool participating in the bands, choir, and musical. While it is sad that I don’t have the opportunities to participate in those same activities now, I am so happy to have all the memories made during that time; as well as all the friendships that were formed. That part of my highschool experience changed me for the better and gave me so much to be thankful for.

Whether it is biking or walking, or something else entirely, exercising one’s body is essential to being able to put forth one’s best self and best mind. Take advantage of the beautiful spring temperatures and go for a walk. It doesn’t matter how far, with whom (if anyone), or where you walk. The important thing is simply to get your body moving. Just start and then see where you end up.
