Uncategorized Last night we got together and had a BBQ, but not just any BBQ, we purposely made extra burgers and hot dogs. we also had chips, cookies, veggies, ect. there were 3 cars of us that split up into the community! We sat down with the homeless and talked to them about their stories, we fed a couple elderly, that were not well off. A man, that could barely eat anything due to lack of teeth & proper dental care, paid for a ladies gas before she got a chance, gave money to a pizza delivery guy just for the sake of blessing people! it was truly one of the greatest experiences of my life!!!! the look on people’s faces, the joy it brings to their heart and yours. it’s truly a gift to me to have been a part of that. if we all come together and love on another, we can understand that we are all people, and if we love on another, the little things can make the biggest difference! besides, it’s the best feeling in the world to help brightens someone’s day, that you know really needed it! Uncategorized my daughter has an amazing heart. She truly brings light into this world. she wants to help people. she wants people to know that people can be loved, not bullied, she wants people to know Gods love for them, she wants people to keep the earth clean and to love animals. she’s is 7 and she has actively done more for the world and people than anyone I’ve ever met. Her heart is made of solid gold. she selflessly wrote the letter to the far right on this picture, when we talked about what we needed from each other for the week. She didn’t ask for anything for herself. she asked for my help, in helping others. she is an inspiration. let’s all try to be a little more selfless & think less about ourselves and materials, and MORE about what we can do to help, even in the smallest way, and listening to the biggest hearts. because sometimes they come in such small packages. and what love and joy it brings to see the workings of God in a little girls big heart :gift_heart: Posted on May 25, 2014 by the Continue reading →
