Uncategorized Sometimes we have to step back and really appreciate how blessed we are. I now believe in celebrating all the little things in life. Four years ago my son was diagnosed with a severe birth defect that lead to countless surgeries and the risk he would never come home from the hospital. Fast forward a few years and I get the spend every day laughing and smiling with my best friend. If it wasn’t for some of our challenging moments at the hospital we probably wouldn’t appreciate our health and have the same gratitude for life that we do. You are never put in a position you aren’t able to handle. Persevere and find the positive in the situation. Sometimes your darkest moments lead to the brightest.
