Riding solo ‘literally’ @ shapes fitness getting my Saturday workout in. I remember how I hated these bikes when i initially started working out and I could barely do more than 5 minutes. Now I’m grateful when I do even just 30 minutes; looking back on how far I’ve come. Still got a long way to go in my fitness journey. Loving yourself is also taking care of yourself. :facepunch::muscle::smiley:
