Alcohol is not something you should rely on. I’ve known too many people who ruin their life because of this. I cannot stand to see people exceed their own personal limitations of alcohol and become someone they aren’t. Today I vow to not take one sip of alcohol for 1 month to prove to people that you don’t need alcohol to relax, to have fun , you don’t need alcohol to get over someone , to feel free. These things can come from doing many other things , be yourself because alcohol changes who you are. Be responsible and give yourself limits and don’t exceed them.
