Spread awareness & compassion for those who suffer from a mental illness. People need to educate themselves because it’s likely someone in your family or friends has or will have some form of mental illness. It’s not a chose, and just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. It’s nothing to be ashamed of and spreading awareness can reduce the stigma that comes along with the diagnosis :couple::two_women_holding_hands:
