Uncategorized Yoga is my life. It is the light that brought me out of the darkness. Yoga is my saving grace. It saved my soul from destruction. The last six months of practice & progress have come with immense gratitude & happiness. I have come so far from the person I was last year & the years before. I appreciate my body, mind & soul more than I ever have. I will continue to practice for the rest of my life. I encourage all those who haven’t tried to explore yoga at least once, be it a class or simply a YouTube video. You will never regret yoga. Trust me.
