I was full from my super yum meal at Jack Astors. But you know who wasn’t full.. At all? I was in Toronto for the day and went out for dinner with my friends. A whole whoppin $34 worth and I didn’t eat it all. Rather than throwing it out or taking it home to enjoy later, I thought a homeless man would enjoy it much more than I would. If I could distribute food to every starving human I would, but two days ago I started with distributing food to 1 and that made my day that much better. ☀️

This is an old photo but many of these members are still active in my boxing “buttcamps”. I’m so thankful for the people I work with. They make showing up to the gym an absolute pleasure. What started as a small group of people wanting to try a month of boxing has turned into a fitness Bootcamp that hit record numbers this summer with 50+ members. The growth of these bootcamps is a direct result of word of mouth from these members. Thank you to my whole Bootcamp family. It is extremely powerful and rewarding to share my passion with others. If you want to join the “fam” feel free to text me at 204-793-6194.

This is a shout out to my Aunteeeee. For as long as I can remember she has been more than just an aunt, she’s a true friend. She has listened to me in my most vulnerable times and has given me many words of wisdom. She lives far away, but we manage to still stay close. Words can’t describe our relationship because only we know how special we are to one another. Happy Birthday Aunteeeee!
