Uncategorized 50 years and this fantastic woman is still going strong… She fought through so much hardship that most people couldn’t even imagine in these 50 years and I can’t even begin to explain. Yet, here she is, one of the smartest, strongest, funniest and kindest people I know. She devoted her life to making her three kids never have to go through what she did, and she does everything she can to help her family back in the Ukraine and immigrants have an easier time moving here to Canada. To top it all off, day and night she’s in the surgery room saving lives. Today, and every other day, I couldn’t be more happy or proud to call her my mother. There is nothing I want more in my life than to become half of the woman she is. Thank you for being my hero. Happy birthday Mom. I love you more than you know.
