Uncategorized Tonight I had the pleasure of watching the Watoto choir perform. This is a choir made up of boys and girls from Uganda Africa. This organization travels around bringing awareness to the millions of orphans living in Africa. The Watoto choir has given many of these children a second chance, teaching them the tools they need to succeed and giving them the family they thought they would never have. Most of the children in the choir have lost a parent or both parents due to war, poverty and disease yet all of these children performed with a smile, and spoke about how happy they were to have found the Watoto choir. Seeing these children happy despite all of the terrible obstacles they have faced reminded me how lucky I am. It’s easy to forget all of the little things we should be thankful for ! Uncategorized I was lucky enough to experience a homestay in a remote village in Peru. I have never met such incredible people, they live completely off the land and are so happy, kind and generous. A real eye opener into what is important in life. Posted on May 4, 2014 by Jayde Continue reading →
Uncategorized I am so grateful to be father to my kids and blessed with a living committed best friend and wife. Children loving nature and time with one and other is amazing. Their attitudes are so positive each and everyday. It shows that perhaps we are doing great by role modelling that feeling to them. They need to know that we are more positive as we echo what grey give back. Life is awesome !! Posted on May 4, 2014 by Kevin Continue reading →
Uncategorized Meeting part of the National Team is a dream come true! These are my role models, the ones that keep me striving for the sport I play. They share my true passion and love for it too! These ladies definitely made me work even hard to improve and I hope one day to play where they play today. Posted on May 4, 2014 by Maria Continue reading →
