Got this wonderful idea from one of Jay’s earlier posts, to write down things I’m grateful for. It has me thinking positive thoughts before I even get out of bed in the morning. Now, I don’t particularly enjoy the rain but it’s necessary in order for me to be able to enjoy all the other things I love, that Mother Nature has to offer. Like walking barefoot in the grass and appreciating the sunny days :)

My Gratitude Journal Every morning I wake up and I write at least 5 things that I’m grateful for. At first it was difficult to get adjusted to, but once I was on the routine I found myself craving to write in my journal to give thanks for my lovely life. The benefits from creating this profound habit were instant! My life not only is overflowed with joy, but I also began writing gratitude intentions. I give thanks for people, places, and things that haven’t occurred in my life yet. My journal never let’s me down. With this knowledge I became more confident that being grateful will change my life, which makes me more grateful! I recommend all of you to begin a gratitude journal, each day write five things that you’re grateful for. Gratitude gives back. Through gratitude you will magnetize to you the energy of people, circumstances, and events that will bring all good into your life!
