This is a picture I took myself in the extraordinary city, Amsterdam. My friend and I were so blessed to have two of the most amazing girls we’ve ever met give us a tour of their hometown while riding bicycles. Most people when they think of Amsterdam they affiliate it with marijuana and witnessing the hookers on the red light district (2 activities you must check off your bucket list) but it is SO much more than that! There are more bicycles than cars on the road, the canals, like the one in the picture are breathtaking, and what stood out the most to me was how the locals are free spirited, and care free. I’ll never forget the lesson I learned this day while riding my bike, the wind blowing in my hair, and smelling weed on every corner ;) Life is too short to live in fear, so stop holding yourself back. LET GO AND BE FREE ❤️
