Every morning I wake up and I write on my white board beside my bed. I write down what I’ll be doing with Posi today, I write down what I’ll be doing today, and I write down what I’m grateful for today. It focuses your mind for the day. Writing out my gratitude reminds me that regardless of what happens today, life is amazing and I have so much to be grateful for. If you write down atleast 3 things that you’re grateful for for 21 days it changes your mind to view the world more positively. Finally I write that I will be successful, how can you argue with yourself when you put something in writing ?
