This incredibly moving story defines what it truly means to live both for and through another human being. Last September, 21-year-old Kristina Chesterman was hit by a drunk driver and declared brain dead shortly after. An organ donor, the nursing student’s heart was sent to Susan Vieria, who had congestive heart failure but is now doing extremely well. Vieria learned upon receiving the heart that Chesterman had a bucket list filled with her most precious dreams. The 64-year-old has now pledged to fulfill every item on this list, reminding us that death cannot prevent the heart of a great person from lasting a lifetime. (Credit Elite Daily)

On or off the stage, you have a voice. I got this pic of Mark Brusegard, aka the front man of The Treble, right here in winnipeg. They we taking part in a fundraising benefit concert at Burton Cummings theater. That night we raised hundreds of thousands of dollars with the help of the community to send to tsunami relief efforts in the Philippines. It was an amazing show for and amazing cause. I hope I can part of more things like this in the future!
