As I am sitting in Starbucks working on some lovely qualitative research analysis… I sat and watched an older gentleman, who was sitting by the door, jump out of his chair each and every time he noticed someone leaving or coming in the door with their hands full. He would kindly rush to hold the door open for them and wish them a good day. It may not be something huge, but it was clear by the smiles that he made each and every one of those 5 individual’s morning. The best part, was a lady rushing in front of him to hold the door open for him as he left himself. Simple acts of kindness, and karma at its finest. Loved watching that. It’s all about the little things.

Thanks to a stranger. I went jogging in Ny this morning and very embarrassingly tripped on a curb and fell literally right on my face. As I lay on the ground, people on the sidewalk stepped over me as I tried to sit up. No one asked me if I was okay or offered a hand. Then, a guy sitting in his car at a red light came running out of his car over to me to see if I was okay! He was genuinely concerned and helped me up. I really appreciate his act of kindness. Help each other out people! We’re all in this together <3

Thank you so very kindly to the young man who helped me get my car out of the ruts two Saturdays ago. I was in a back-lane, and got my car completely stuck. I didn’t know this man but on this very cold Saturday, he spent 40 minutes trying to push me out, then even went home and grabbed a shovel and came back. Finally after 45 minutes, we finally got my car out. Such good people in this world! PAY IT FORWARD
