Sad to see the cheer season come to an end but so grateful to have got to coach these amazing young women! Each one of them is so talented and caring. Last year these girls created and participated in the anti-bullying act at dynamite cheer because they wanted to create an environment for young girls that they could feel comfortable in without judgement. They truly are inspiring and they definitely teach me more than I teach them!

I have the best job in the world! James and William are the best kids and I can’t believe I get paid to spend time with them every day. Watching them grow up has been and will be one of the greatest rewards of my twenties. I’m learning so much knowledge about kids and about myself that I will one day put towards being the best mother I can be to my own children. I am truly the luckiest girl in the world to have the privileged to work side by side one of the nicest women and mother I’ve ever met. I love this family so much. Love love love these two.

4 years ago, I decided to finally let go of all the social and political restraints and come out of the closet. With years worth of fear of rejection, I was welcomed with outstanding support not only from my friends and family but from society as a whole. I didn’t come out to make my life all about being gay. I’m a loving, kind, hard working, and compassionate individual who happens to love the same sex. And that’s what I want to be known and remembered by. It’s been a long and hard road but I’m glad I chose to accept who I am and am so grateful of all the people who are continuing so support me through this journey.
